Does DCC Allow for SSO Functionality? (Doc ID 1923673.1)

Goal

As I understand it, DCC authentication doesn't give the user an SSO session, i.e. the user can only access resources for the app he authenticated for. What if a user authenticated with ECC and got a SSO session?   Can the user then access, without being challenged, webgate or federated resources that other users normally access after DCC authentcation?
