In Oracle API Gateway (OAG) 11.1.2.2.0, when thousands of files are stored in a directory via the "Save to File" filter, the Gateway leaks memory.

The problem shows up only on OAG 11.1.2.2.0. The problem does not show up on any other OAG release.
