Placing A Page Under Site Plan Tree Edits All Pages Below Removing Them From Approval Queue (Doc ID 1924330.1)

Goal

When placing a page asset before other pages in the site site plan tree, any assets that are placed below the newly placed asset are edited and unapproved. The page assets below the newly placed page are no longer in the Approval queue and need to be approved again.
