WebCenter Source Editor (Edit Source) Too Small

Symptoms
When editing the source of an asset, the editor is too small to work with effectively.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to a portal.
- <Select a Portal> > Manage>All Settings.
- Click Assets > Page Templates.
- Select a template > Click Actions dropdown.
- Click Edit Source.
Changes
The editor appears to have become smaller in 11.1.1.8 compared to 11.1.1.7 and previous releases.
