Symptoms

Oracle Reports 11g

When using DESTYPE=FILE instead of DESTYPE=CACHE in the URL, the output is not generated and the web browser displays the following errors:

File System Access control is already enabled:

The access is already granted to the reports cacheDir, REPORTS_TMP

Changes

 New installation.
