Symptoms

With the MultiTransport customization for publishing, when initializing the publish destination, errors are shown in the browser:

  Error publishing Asset Types, -100, No response from remote execute trying to save assettype [error was -12011].
and
  Error: during mirror operation. Error number = -12011. No response from remote execute trying to save assettype [error was -12011]
