In Webcenter Spaces, with AD as the external LDAP, when a user tries to change their password to one which is not allowed as in the AD restriction policy, an unhelpful error message is shown to contact the administrator:
WCS#2013.05.16.12.27.11: Unable to change password. Contact administrator.
This does not give the user any clue what they have done wrong, and leads to an increased number of calls to the customer's support helpdesk.
