Symptoms

Internet Information Server (IIS) configured with WebLogic Server throws 'HTTP 404 - File or directory not found' error for the URLs that contain empty space in it; however the same URLs with empty space work good if those are directly accessed using one of the WebLogic Manged Servers host and port.
