Is It Possible To Configure WebCenter Sites To Write RealTime Publish Log To A File Without Downloading The Log From UI? (Doc ID 1930453.1)

Goal

Why isn't it possible to configure WebCenter Sites to write the publishing log information to a file?  The batch user/password is configured and scheduled publishing is working as expected. The permission and access to the "request.folder" location is confirmed to be configured in the batch.ini.

How do I configure Content Management to write the Publish Log to a file without downloading the log?
