MDB Durable Subscriber Will not Reconnect After Manual Migration (Doc ID 1930657.1)

In a manual JMS service migration, MDBs which are connected via durable subscriptions fail to automatically re-establish their connections.

Document also that:

If the MDB uses non-durable subscription, the reconnection does work.
Reconnection does work when automatic service migration kicks in (for instance by killing the managed server).
As per MDB monitoring, the MDB remains connected to remote destination just fine (after manual migration).
No exceptions are thrown. The MDB believes the connection to the managed server that originally hosted the migrated service is still valid.
If enabling -Dweblogic.debug.DebugEjbMdbConnection=true, no reconnection attempts are logged.
