Goal

On a new installation of 11.1.1.8.0, when creating an application in WebCenter Content: Imaging, the following error occurs:

Unable to execute service IPM_CREATE_APPLICATION and function ipmDeserializeApplicationData. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged.
