When following the steps described in the "Oracle Fusion Middleware - Getting Started with Oracle Data Integrator 12c" guide, you might hit the following problems:
First problem: step 6.2.4 - Run the Static Control
It fails with Repository on a Different Machine than ODI Studio: ODI is installed as a standalone on a PC but the database and repository are on another (Linux) server.
