Symptoms
An error is seen when using opatch is executed to apply an one-off patch to an 11.1.1.7.0 JDeveloper Home where another one-off patch, was previously applied, and already exists. This may be a WebCenter Portal or an ADF one-off patch.
Either of these errors may be seen/reported :-

Applying an Oracle WebCenter Portal one-off patch on a higher bundle patch version in an instance of Oracle JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0 where an Oracle WebCenter Portal one-off patch was previously installed. OPatch reports an unexpected patch clash.

At some point in the past, a patch (one-off or bundle patch) was applied to the JDeveloper Home.
