Cannot open CKEditor on the Body field when editing a CRS Article asset, following integration with Oracle Commerce (Doc ID 1933588.1)

Symptoms

When editing a CRS Article asset, clicking on the area to show the CKEditor on the Body attribute, the editor does not appear, then when trying to save the error "Please wait until page is fully loaded then try again" occurs.
