Sync of deletions from Tivoli To OID Fail "No value in entry for attribute specified in OID matching filter" (Doc ID 1933766.1)

Symptoms

  1. Import sync from Tivoli Server to OID server configured.
  2. Adds and modifies sync from Tivoli to OID successfully.
  3. Main issue is with users deleted in Tivoli are not deleted in OID server.
  4. Follow message are reported in the diagnostic log file:
