After upgrading from Oracle API Gateway (OAG) or OAG to OAG, the following warning is observed when the Node Manager is started for the first time during the upgrade procedure:

Group: Group1, gateway: Gateway1, store alias: OAuthClientAccessTokens, store
id: OAuth_ClientAccessTokens: File does not exist. This may be a NEW table.
