After upgrading from Oracle API Gateway (OAG) 220.127.116.11.0 or OAG 18.104.22.168.2 to OAG 22.214.171.124.0, the following warning is observed when the 126.96.36.199.0 Node Manager is started for the first time during the upgrade procedure:
Group: Group1, gateway: Gateway1, store alias: OAuthClientAccessTokens, store
id: OAuth_ClientAccessTokens: File does not exist. This may be a NEW table.
