Weblogic Custom Auditor Query (Doc ID 1934963.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 21, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 10.3.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When using the default WebLogic Auditing provider, it writes audit information to the DefaultAuditRecorder.log file, which is located in the WL_HOME\yourdomain\yourserver\logsdirectory.

But when creating a WebLogic CustomAuditProvider by using the following code snippet as mentioned in the doc link http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24329_01/web.1211/e24486/aud.htm#i1186429 , it creates a file in the domain home directory (common for all WebLogic instances):

Is there a way to create a CustomAuditProvider to write the CustomAuditRecorder.log file under the WL_HOME\yourdomain\yourserver\logs directory?
