Symptoms
Application is unable to use the UCP threadpool after a recent upgrade to JDBC 11.2.0.4 and UCP 11.2.0.4. Database version is 11.1.0.7.
Thread pool is at maximum capacity (24 in this case) due to waiting tasks, and UCP results in not allowing any further connections.
The issue occurs when Fast Connection Failover (FCF) is enabled.
