Application is unable to use the UCP threadpool after a recent upgrade to JDBC 22.214.171.124 and UCP 126.96.36.199. Database version is 188.8.131.52.
Thread pool is at maximum capacity (24 in this case) due to waiting tasks, and UCP results in not allowing any further connections.
The issue occurs when Fast Connection Failover (FCF) is enabled.
