On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, SOA / OSB

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Function oraext:create-nodeset-from-delimited-string fails to produce results when executed in SOA / OSB 12c.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the test case is executed in 11g, the XSLT produces the following result:
