Symptoms

OID 11g / 12c

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) authenticating to Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g /12c directly or via OVD

Performance issue was observed when OAM uses service accounts connecting to OVD/OID.

No such issues occur if the connection was as user "cn=orcladmin".
