HTTP 500 Errors are Returned when WCC is Configured for OAM SSO (Doc ID 1938360.1)

Symptoms

When consuming a Webcenter Content server content item, either by clicking the Web Location URL link in an item's DOC_INFO page or using a GET_FILE to access the vault file, a HTTP 500 error may be returned.

The <WCC domain path>/servers/<UCM MS>/logs/access.log may show entries like the following:
