Symptoms

The PLSQL module of OHS is used to send requests from a Client to an Application that is installed on a Database.

The UTL_HTTP package on the Database is used to turn the Database into a simple HTTP Client, and enabled the Database to make HTTP requests to a Web Server. It can be configured to do this via HTTP or HTTPS.
