After an Oracle JDBC driver migration to 188.8.131.52 or 184.108.40.206, an unusual number of the following query is observed (over 300):
As a result, this error was triggered on the database side.
ORA-01000: Maximum open cursors exceeded
No additional SQL queries should be generated by the driver, following a JDBC driver update.
Upgrade to JDBC driver 220.127.116.11 or 18.104.22.168.
