Cursor Leak Results in ORA-1000 After Upgrading to JDBC Driver Or (Doc ID 1939530.1)

After an Oracle JDBC driver migration to or, an unusual number of the following query is observed (over 300):

As a result, this error was triggered on the database side.

ORA-01000: Maximum open cursors exceeded

The application executes a procedure with user defined data types.

It is expected that no additional SQL queries should be generated by the driver, following a JDBC driver update.
