Symptoms
Created an ADF application using JDeveloper and deployed to Oracle WebCenter 11.1.1.8. However, in the deployed application, illegible characters (like ????...some text......????) are rendered in the page. Problem is only observed intermittently.
Changes
ADF application uses web services encodding in Cp1252.
