Is it possible to use Framework Folders on a brand new install of WebCenter Content (WCC) 11.1.1.8.0 with WebCenter Portal (WCP) integration, and migrate data from an existing 11.1.1.6.0 or 11.1.1.7.0 instance to this new 11.1.1.8.0 instance?
