ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Moving SOA domain using extractMovePlan.sh results in java.util.zip.ZipException: Could not read zip file

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Move SOA domain without error when zips are larger than 2GB in size

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. use extractMovePlan.sh script
2. observe error when zip created is greater than 2GB in size

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to move SOA domain
