Spanish Language Shows Incorrect Held and Approved Asset Count (Doc ID 1942440.1)

Symptoms

The number of assets that appears to be "ready for publish" after selecting a publish destination from the admin UI publish console is different from the number of assets you see when you check the approved assets screen.
When opening a publish destination that has approved and held assets, Spanish language pack shows the number of held assets in the Approved asset count and held count.
