How do you Modify the "Forgot Password" Link On Login Screen (Doc ID 1942822.1)

Goal

On the login screen of WCS there's a link called "Forgot password". If you click on it the mail client opens up with the mail address admin@localhost ( or any set in the fatwire_settings.properties: forgotpassword - see KM Article: What is the location of the fatwire_settings.properties file? (Doc ID 1669593.1) ). Is there a way to change this behavior?
