Moving Folder That Contains Metadata Only Documents With Attachments Results In Error (Doc ID 1944088.1)

Symptoms

Using WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8.0PSU-2014-05-08 00:14:10Z-r117806 with FrameworkFolders and ZipRenditionManagement components enabled.

When metadata only content is stored in a folder, and has an attachment attached to it, moving the containing folder fails with the error:

Moving the same document (instead of the folder) into another folder succeeds.
Similarly, if the metadata only content has no attachment, moving the containing folder succeeds as well.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable FrameworkFolders and ZipRenditionManagement and set AllowPrimaryMetaFile=true in config.cfg.
  2. Create a new folder
  3. Add a metadata only content to the folder
  4. Add an attachment to the metadata only content.
  5. Try to move the folder created in step 2 to another folder
