WebCenter Content (WCC) "Undo CheckOut" in Actions Menu not Available for Checked-Out Content in Search Results

In the Search Results page or a Contribution Folder (folders_g), users see the 'check-out' option in the 'actions' drop-down menu even if the content item is checked-out already. The error "content item is already checked out" occurs if they try to check out content item. Undo Checkout should be available in the Actions menu if the content item is checked out.
