Name Field Incorrectly Inherited Between Content Item Revisions When Using The Content UI (Doc ID 1945131.1)

Symptoms

In the Content UI, the name field is incorrectly inherited between revisions of content and forces the end-user to change it. For example if the first revision was a .txt file and the second revision was a .jpg file, it would think that revision two should be displayed in the browser the same way as the .txt file, so you end up seeing garbled text on the screen.  The mime type isn't correctly set.
