Special characters in vanity urls prevent from viewing pages.

This is an example where not able to preview the page after the vanity url that was created.

1. Have page asset with attribute Page Title: Exploitation minière et minéraux

2. The vanity url was generated based on this pattern for the page asset:

Pattern: ${locale.toLowerCase().substring(0,2)}/articles/${f:spaceToDash(pageTitle.trim().toLowerCase())}
