Symptoms

After executing a migration of OSR using the “Setup tool” following the documentation found in Oracle Fusion Middleware Service Registry 11g (11.1.1), the following issue is observed:

All the migration finished successfully. but during the review it was found that some customization done in the Business Service Control for a registered web service did not migrate from <OSR1> to <OSR2>, even after copying the conf directory from <OSR1> to <OSR2> domain.
