Unable To Login to WebCenter Content: Imaging as an Admin User and Error "Invalid Credentials Specified" Received (Doc ID 1946031.1)

Symptoms

An Imaging Administrative user cannot log in to WebCenter Content: Imaging.

"Invalid Credentials Specified" is returned in the UI, and the following error can be found in the IPM_Diagnostic log:
