YesNoList And FreezeReasonList Is Missing From the Views Table after Upgrade to WCC 11.1.1.8.0 (Doc ID 1946233.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded working environment from WCC 11.1.1.6 to WCC 11.1.1.8 with MLR7 installed.

After upgrading the YesNoList and FreezeReasonsList is not available and won't allow standard checkin or Archiver Migration into the environment.

These Views can not be seen in the 'Configuration Manager' although the show on our DEV and PROD environment which is still on WCC 11.1.1.6 version.

Issue is showing currently on customers test environment.

Environment is WebCenter Content plus WebCenter Records Management installed in Standalone mode .

Changes

 Upgrade from WCC 11.1.1.6 to WCC 11.1.1.8
