Symptoms
When attempting to edit a Mapping from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Studio, the operation fails with following message:
Cannot open the diagram because the project that owns it is not open. First open the project, then open the diagram again.
The ODI Studio log file (<ODI Home>/odi/log/studio.log) shows:
[2014-09-05T15:51:06.207-05:00] [ide] [ERROR] [] [oracle.ide.ExtensionRegistry] [tid: 23] [ecid: <ECID>]
