Symptoms

After applying Microsoft patch MS14-066 (KB2992611), the following error occurs in WebCenter Portal when calling webservices:

  

java.security.InvalidKeyException: RSAPublicKey required for encryption
... Cipher not initialized.
Webservice fails to connect and bring back required data for our portal apps.
