Symptoms

Customer using WLS 12.1.2 reports that they are seeing the application currently showing huge heap usage of 1.4 GB that is pointing to the oracle.security.jps.internal.policystore.TenanatjavaPolicyProvider with only 100 users over 10 minutes.

From heap dumps, we see that it is Using the more heap usage of 1.4 GB for the oracle.security.jps.internal.policystore.TenanatjavaPolicyProvider class:
