Cannot Import Folders After Upgrading To WCC 11.1.1.8 MLR 6 or MLR 7, or WCC 11.1.1.9.0 (Doc ID 1948877.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading WCC from 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.8.0 MLR 7 or 11.1.1.9.0 (no MLR) the folders_g folder import returns the following error:


The CollectionArchive.hda file was exported from WCC 11.1.1.6.0 and failed on the folder import in WCC 11.1.1.8.0 MLR 7.  The import also failed on WCC 11.1.1.8.0 MLR 6 but did work on WCC 11.1.1.8.0 MLR 5.

Changes

 Upgraded WCC from 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.8.0 MLR 7 or 11.1.1.9.0 (no MLR).
