Weblogic access log does not get updated after suspending or resume of manage server (Doc ID 1949549.1)

Symptoms

Weblogic access.log it's not updated after either suspend or resume it's associated server. You will observer that problem will remain even after the server is restarted. Rolling restart of the domain will return the environment it's functionality.
