Multiple Errors when Running Forms Recognition (Doc ID 1949796.1)

Symptoms

Receiving the following errors when attempting to run Oracle Forms Recognition 10g.

Designer:

An error occurred!
Error number: 91
Source: NewProject
Description: Object variable or With block variable not set

Verifier:

Oracle Forms Recognition Verifier failed to create licensing object

Followed by:

Oracle Forms Recognition Verifier is unable to retrieve license information.

Please check that the batch root setting is specified correctly (use "Options \ Settings..." menu item) and path to Runtime Server license file is valid (refer to "Options \ License..." menu item). Note that you have to restart the application after all the settings have been adjusted properly. Please also make sure that one Runtime Server with a hardware key is running.

Followed by:

Cedar project could not be created! Please verify that 'CdrProj.dll' could be found in cedar component directory and registered properly.

While closing a .wdc file in the Workdoc Browser, the following error is returned:

Workdoc Browser
Run-time error '5'
Invalid procedure call or argument
