OEG Restore Filter Fails With A Large Payload When Using a Store Message and Restore Message Filter with Locate XML Nodes Filter (Doc ID 1949937.1)

Symptoms

While using a Store Message and Restore Message filter with Locate XML Nodes filter in an OEG 11.1.1.6.1 policy, the following was observed:

OEG Restore filter fails to restore a message when working with a large payload (4.5 MB size). It works fine with a smaller payload.
Save to File filter was used to observe that the Restore Message Filter returns a message with size 0KB. This however works fine for a smaller payload.
