ACI Modification/Addition In OID 11.1.1.7 Hangs - Dispatcher Log Shows "memory Allocation Failed" (Doc ID 1949963.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to add or modify an ACI for groups within a clustered OID 11.1.1.7 environment, the process hangs. Problem can occur via ODSM or via the command line using ldapmodify.

Once this command is issued, the OID instance which receives this command also stops responding completely - even to authentication/bind requests.

Error found in OID Logs "memory allocation failed"
