Intermittent 'Unexpected Error' Page On Opening The WebCenter Sites UI (Doc ID 1950002.1)

Symptoms

Getting an 'Unexpected Error' page intermittently upon opening Web Center Sites URL.
Could not observe any issue in logs as well, but browser shows this error.
The issue is happening on Safari Version 7.1 (9537.85.10.17.1).
