Enterprise Capture Text File Commit is only Creating One Document when Multiple Documents Are Imported and Expected

Symptoms
When using a Text File commit, if there are multiple documents in the batch with the same document type, the Text file commit only outputs the last image, and all records in the text document point to the same image,
Example (text file when importing 2 pdf image in one batch)
