Issue configuring FMW SOA Suite to use an explicit Proxy (Doc ID 1953376.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Fabric

Need to configure FMW SOA Suite to use an explicit Proxy.

The documentation states that it should be possible to set HttpProxyPort, HttpProxyHost etc through the Management Beans from SOA-Infra....

However when navigating to the appropriate bean or searching for these options, the MBeans are not visible.

Is there a setting to enable these options?
