ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A read only user with the Monitor/Deployer/Operator role does not have access to deployed SOA composites in the EM console after upgrading to 11.1.1.7 from 11.1.1.5.
Every time the user with read access clicks on a composite, the following error appears:
