Exalogic Virtual: ExalogicControl EMOC Control vServer Status Shown As STOPPED/SHUTDOWN In EMOC And OVMM Consoles Even Though It Is Accessible

In Exalogic Virtual releases 2.0.6.x.x issue of ExalogicControl EMOC Control vServer status showing as stopped/shutdown status is observed from EMOC and OVMM console even though it is accessible.
When this symptom is observed accessing EMOC BUI and ssh into ExalogicControl vServer works fine without any issues. Also ping works fine.
