JDeveloper IDE entity wizard hangs when retrieving tables from Database (Doc ID 1956553.1)

When creating a BC4J project and using the Entity wizard, it starts retrieving the schemas but eventually the progress bar hangs.

This occurs when using a Database with a huge number of schemas (for example, more than 10,000).
