Searching Results With Special Characters In Webcenter Space Are Incorrect Using Oracle SES (Doc ID 1956850.1)

Symptoms

When searching for an space or Profile in WebCenter Spaces via SES, if there's more than one Chinese character, searching the space and profile are not enough for bringing the correct results.

How To Reproduce:

  1. Search WebCenter Space.
    Keywords: “测”
  2. It returns 3 results.
  3. Change the Keywords to: ”测试”
  4. Only one result is returned.
  5. Trying different keywords，such as 用户 , 空间 , 空、间. But nothing returns.
  6. Same happens searching a profile.
